SD-based Trademark Construction Co has paid nearly $3M for its new Oceanside HQ.

The firm purchased Rancho Pacifica Business Center, a 12,500 SF office complex at 15916 and 15920 Bernardo Center Dr from a local investor for $2.8M.

In turn, Trademark plans to transform the office building into its new corporate HQ, while leasing out the second building, according to the San Diego Business Journal. Colliers International's David Harper brokered the transaction. [SDBJ]
