| At the recent NTCAR expo in Dallas, we snapped the Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber-sponsored Irving Boulevard redevelopment director Kevin Kass, Irving Economic Development Partnership biz dev director Leanne Weymouth, and biz recruitment director John Bonnot. A recent Chamber success story involves securing a $1.6M Texas Enterprise Fund investment for HMS, a company that recently relocated its HQ from New York City to Irving, chamber spokesman Jeff Mues says. Gov. Rick Perry came to HMS to make the announcement and commend HMS on adding 350 jobs to the 671 it currently has in North Texas, Jeff says. The chamber also relocated its offices and marketing center into the new Chamber Tower at Williams Square in the old Bank of America space. |
