Once you've known a guy for 25 years, you're qualified to present your buddy with the big awards, thus this week Newmark Grubb Knight Frank prez Jimmy Kuhn and Fried Frank real estate chair Jon Mechnic (flanking NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies' Dennis Di Lorenzo) came to present Brookfield Office US CEO Mitch Rudin with this year's Urban Leadership Award at the Waldorf. Jon tells us the event also raised the most money ever for NYU Schack—all the better to groom the next set of young'uns who'll be presenting each other with awards in 2037.
