Suburban Square Nets Four Leases Ahead Of Its Expansion

Kimco Realty Corp has signed four companies to new leases in its Suburban Square mall ahead of its planned expansion.

The four leases are all in existing space in the Ardmore mall, but will help cover costs of the $70M expansion. The biggest of the leases will go to fitness and lifestyle company Life Time, which has leased more than 78k SF at 40 West Montgomery Ave in the space that used to house a Macy's, according to CoStar.

Furniture company West Elm has also leased a little more than 10k SF in the same building. In the main mall building, Kimco has signed beauty brands Drybar and Anthony Vince's Nail Salon to new leases as well. [CoStar]
