Remembering David Houston

Our condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Cassidy Turley NJ managing principal David Houston, who died unexpectedly on Monday at the age of 65. The 40-year market veteran carried on the family heritage for Houston & Co. and joined forces with Cassidy Turley earlier this year. Cushman & Wakefield executive managing director Gil Medina tells us that his passing represents a great loss to our industry and to him individually. “He was a profoundly decent man who was blessed with an exceptional mind. He was a great peer, friend, and mentor." And even in the short time that NAIOP NJ CEO Mike McGuinness knew him, he found David to be “a real gentleman and scholar with a great sense of humility, wit, and determination.”
