Last week's Greenbuild was abuzz with the launch of LEED v4, the newest version of the famed green building program. USGBC founding chair Rick Fedrizzi has called LEED v4 "a quantam leap" for the program, with new market sector adaptions; simplified submittal requirements; new impact categories; and building perfomance management, among other features. 122 buildings were involved in the beta program, including Philly's University Place and 10 Emery St, Bethlehem.
