Villanova, home to Villanova University, slots in at No. 2, although it has been at the top spot as recently as 2014.
At No. 9, the 19807 region of Wilmington, DE, is the richest ZIP code of the region outside of Pennsylvania. Merion Station, Washington Crossing and Mechanicsville round out the top five. [PBJ]
