Now, that's the way you buy a warehouse! Endurance Real Estate Group just purchased 301-305 Oak St, a 289k SF distribution center in Pittston for $4.36M (or $15/SF). And while vacant when Endurance put it under contract, the firm quickly filled the entire facility with logistical firm RC Moore Inc—before the firm even closed on the property. CBRE's Michael Hines, Brad Ruppel, and Bill Wolf brokered the transaction. (They could make a few extra bucks by putting a nice soccer stadium on the roof.)
