Snapped at Rittenhouse Realty Advisors recent launch party: a whole lot of Rittenhouse. Namely, Mark Duszak, Corey Lonberger, David Greenhalgh, Ken Wellar, Robert Marzullo, and Doug Emrich. Rittenhouse set up shop this year to chase CRE deals, from its HQ in Philadelphia and an office in NYC.
Just to prove Rittenhouse has friends, here are some outsiders: Imacutechs Chris Vinal, Better NOIs Dexter Scott, Pennroses Mark Barnhardt, and ARIs George Coldwell. (Dexter, was it something we said?) Pennrose is at work on Rush Crossing in Trenton, NJ, a 204-unit affordable apartment and townhouse development on the site of former public housing.
