That is, where best to troll for candy, as determined by four equally weighted data variables: the Zillow Home Value Index, population density, Walk Score (a walkability measurement) and local crime data. Philadelphia is number nine. Zillow further posits that the best local neighborhoods are Chestnut Hill, Manayunk, Mount Airy, South Philadelphia, and Fox Chase.
