Here's another industrial biggie: SunOpta Foods inked a 101k SF industrial deal at 7108 Daniels Dr, a facility developed by JG Petrucci Co. JGPCO SVP Timothy Brogan tells us the deal happened fast—20 days from inspection to lease execution. Grubb & Ellis' Stephen Bonge brokered the deal for the landlord while LEVIN Commercial Real Estate prez Joshua Levin and Binswanger's Michael Treacy represented the company.
And Fry Communications inked a 146,500 SF deal at 36 East Main St, a warehouse owned by Seagis Property Group. (Which appears to get the same grass grooming as pro baseball field.) Cushman & Wakefield's Gerry Blinebury, Pat McBride, and Leah Balerno brokered the deal for the landlord.
