JLL on the Move

We bent an elbow at Stephen Starr's Dandelion Pub last week with Jennifer Lamprecht of JLL. She tells us on July 2, JLL is relocating from its current Center City digs to a tricked-out and design-friendly space on the 25th floor of 1650 Arch Street. "We're expecting it to be a sort of showcase space," she says. Among the amenities is a diagonal hallway; it's been nicknamed "The Parkway" in a nod to the office's killer Parkway view. (Hopefully, it boasts less traffic and less stalled Honda Civic's smoking on the sides.)
Jennifer tells us JLL has been expanding regionally, as well. The team recently planted a flag in Wilmington, where CBRE has long been the dominant. Here's Blaise Fletcher, who departed JLL's King of Prussia outpost to make those deals happen in Delaware. (Pictured with Blaise is his wife, Jen, who recently had a baby.)
