Walker & Dunlop arranged a $28M loan for 100 Park at Wyomissing Square in Reading, a Class-A mid-rise building operated by the Bozzuto Group. The complicated deal came with five different partial owners and a tax abatement thrown in for good measure. (Hopefully they all had a rockin' pool party to celebrate.) But with amenities including a rock climbing wall, W&D's Sandor Biderman says 100 Park is "the highest appraised asset [in town]. There's nothing in Reading like this."
