Industrial Income Trust has gone out to central PA for its latest industrial buy. And the Cushman & Wakefield boys (and girl) followed. IIT purchased 1627 Ritner Hwy, a 201k SF warehouse leased to Andersen Logistics from an undisclosed family trust for $8.1M. C&W'sGerry Blinebury, Pat McBride (who recently joined C&W), and Leah Balerno brokered the sale. Gerry tells us the property is off the hot “exit 44” area along I-81 in Carlisle, the heart of Central PA's industrial market. “This property makes a nice regional foundationfor Industrial Income Trust, which is relatively new to this market but looking to grow its presence here,” he says.
