Trinity Property Consultants acquired Airport Tower Plaza at 2082 Michelson Dr in Irvine from Lucca Investment for about $8M. Trinity will occupy the fourth floor while leasing out the remaining space. Built in 1969 on 1.8 acres, the building is 42k SF, reports CoStar.
