Ephesoft, a software development firm, renewed its lease and expanded its HQ space at Plaza Pointe office complex at 23041 Avenida de la Carlota in Laguna Hills. The five-year lease for nearly 5,800 SF is valued at about $600k. The company, which creates intelligent document software to extract critical information from physical and electronic files, ranked 40th on Inc Magazine’s list of the 500 fastest-growing private companies.
