Pause in OC Office Development

No new Orange County office space came on line in Q4 2014, CoStar reports, which represents a dip between completions of almost 508k SF in four buildings in Q3 last year, and the 587k SF that was underway at the end of the year, for 2015 deliveries. Notable '14 deliveries included the 469k SF Hyundai Motor America HQ that was completed about a year ago and is now 100% occupied, and the 380k SF PIMCO (left, at 650 Newport Center Dr) that was finished in Q2 '14 and is also now fully occupied.
