California Hi-Lites Expands In Fullerton

Santa Fe Springs' California Hi-Lites, a packaging and fulfillment services company that was looking to expand, has signed a lease valued at $4.3M in Fullerton.

The property consists of 113K SF at the Fullerton Distribution Center at 2100 East Valencia Ave., Unit A.

Lee & Associates principal Robert Leiter repped California Hi-Lites.

CBRE Senior Vice Presidents Ben Seybold and Sean Ward repped the landlord, MCP SoCal Industrial Fullerton.
