4100 Newport Place Drive Sells For $75.6M

Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the $75.6M sale of 4100 Newport Place.

Olen Properties bought the 190,405 SF Class-A office tower in Newport Beach from American Realty Advisors.

The nine-story building on a 3.7-acre site has a four-story vaulted atrium, recently modernized mechanical systems and upgraded corridors and restrooms.

Cushman & Wakefield Executive Managing Director Jeffrey Cole, Vice Chairman and Executive Managing Director Marc Renard, Director, Capital Markets Ed Hernandez and Associate Nico Napolitano represented the seller.

The deal marks the highest office investment sale based on price/SF in all of Orange County this year, according to the brokers.
