Would-be owner-occupiers are also on the hunt for properties, according to PM Realty Group SVP Oliver Fleener. Recently he repped Marcial R. Mancillas Children’s Trust in its sale of the 15k SF 16631 Millikan Ave in Irvine to a private investor, who plans to use it as its corporate HQ. Interest in the property was strong, Oliver says, because there are few options available for users to purchase this size range and property type. NAI’s John Manion repped the buyer.
