San Francisco's Drawbridge Realty just purchased a building at 26200 Enterprise Way in Lake Forest for $32.4M from Barings.

The 144,906 SF building is the headquarters of Panasonic Avionics Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Panasonic Corp.

The two-story Class-A office building, which is also a research and development facility, is part of the seven-building Panasonic Avionics Campus.

"This investment is consistent with our desire to acquire mission critical facilities that are well-located and leased to strong corporate tenants," Drawbridge Realty Vice President, Investments Chris Elmendorf said.

Cushman & Wakefield Executive Director Jeffery Cole, Director Ed Hernandez, and Associates Nico Napolitano and Jay-Paul Lowry represented the seller.

Drawbridge Realty represented itself.
