Broadcom Builds HQ in Great Park Neighborhoods

Construction is poised to begin on Broadcom's new corporate HQ at the mixed-used Great Park Neighborhoods in Irvine, the OC Register reports. Broadcom has closed a $128M land deal for the site with Heritage Fields El Toro, a partnership made up of Lennar Homes and its investors. The new HQ will total 1.1M SF, with an option to expand to 2M SF, and occupancy is set to begin in early 2018. [OCR]
