The Residences At Pacific City Now Taking Shape

After years of no progress, the Residences at Pacific City are coming into their own.

The complex is being designed by Ivine's MVE + Partners, developed by UDR and built on a 20-acre property at 21034 Pacific Coast Hwy in Huntington Beach. It will also feature retail and a hotel.

UDR of Denver owns the residences, according to the Orange County Register.

There will be a total of 516 units, including studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units and penthouses.

The residential units should be ready for move-in by January. [OCR]
