After years of no progress, the Residences at Pacific City are coming into their own.
The complex is being designed by Ivine's MVE + Partners, developed by UDR and built on a 20-acre property at 21034 Pacific Coast Hwy in Huntington Beach. It will also feature retail and a hotel.

UDR of Denver owns the residences, according to the Orange County Register.
There will be a total of 516 units, including studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units and penthouses.
The residential units should be ready for move-in by January. [OCR]
