Bentall Kennedy just bought the new 965,255 SF Anaheim Concourse on behalf of a separate account managed by the company for $188.2M. The seller was a JV between Panattoni Development Co and Clarion Partners.

The Anaheim Concourse property on North Miller Street has seven Class-A industrial buildings that are 86% leased.

The lease rollover is staggered, with the first one expiring in January 2021, GlobeSt reports.

Less than 20% of the square footage will roll over in any year through 2026.

CBRE vice chairmen Darla Longo and Barbara Emmons, SVP Michael Kendall, VP Rebecca Perlmutter, SVP Brad Bierbaum and VP Ryan Peterson repped the sellers.
