Newport Beach Country Club
C.W. Driver Cos. just completed the $50M Newport Beach Country Club.
The 65K SF two-level building has a golf shop, an outdoor dining patio and a fitness center with a studio used for yoga and dance. There are men’s and women’s locker rooms with a spa, dry sauna and steam room.
There is also an outdoor lap pool and a children's swimming pool.

Newport Beach Country Club
The clubhouse has a restaurant, a bar, a private dining room, event space and a 4K SF ballroom.
The site already has been chosen as Golf Inc.’s “Clubhouse of the Year,” and received the American Society of Civil Engineers’ 2017 Outstanding Architectural Engineering project.
The country club, at One Clubhouse Drive, took 22 months to build.
