Fort Worth Real Estate Firm Opens OC Office

Fort Worth's The Woodmont Co is setting its sights on the OC.

The Texas builder is opening a new office at 620 Newport Center Drive in Newport Beach.

The firm is attracted to the OC because of its growing portfolio statewide and due to its expertise representing multi-market tenants, GlobeSt reports.

The Woodmont Co SVP Joseph Williams will head the new location.

The firm's new office will have an emphasis on retail-tenant representation and providing value-add services for entertainment, fitness and fast-casual restaurants. [GS]
