OC Industrial Space in Demand

North Orange County industrial sales activity continues to be brisk as demand remains strong, Voit VP Mike Vernick tells us. Mike, here with Voit VP Mike Hefner (getting ready to give each other the classic "backhand high five"), says that companies are out to win market share from their competitors or vertically integrate supply chains—and need more space to do it.
As the supply of mid- and larger-sized properties continues to decline, Mike Vernick adds that OC industrial property values will appreciate. Voit recently repped Classic Performance Products, a producer of aftermarket parts for classic automobiles, in its $5.9M purchase of 378 E Orangethorpe Ave in Placentia. The seller, Lincoln Imports, was repped by CBRE’s Erik Wanland and Sean Ward.
