Newport Beach Civic Center Complete

Newport Beachs new 117k SF Civic Center--two years in the making--adds an 88k SF office building, 17k SF to the two-story library, a new 450-space parking structure, and new City Council chambers, as well as a 14-acre park with the citys first-ever dog park. CW Driver project manager William Hahn, who oversaw the building, explains that connecting the library to the City Hall and park unifies the entire project, and the positioning of the new civic center and parking structure capitalizes on the location near the ocean.
