A little more than two miles from the ocean, 2.7 acres of land traded hands, located at the southeast corner of Beach and Ellis in Huntington Beach. (Lucky for us someone drew a large yellow line on the ground so we could find it.) The seller and buyers in the $10M deal were both LLCs, with Main Beach LLC selling and Elan Huntington Beach LLC buying. No word on exact plans for the site, but the property is entitled for a mixed-use project that consists of 274 apartment units and 8,500 SF of commercial space. Albert Shilton and Blake Rogers of Charles Dunn Co repped both parties.
