Industrial Recovery: Real Deal This Time?

We sat down with the new JLL OC industrial team, just-minted SVPs Luke McDaniel and Cameron Driscoll. The regional industrial market recovery feels real, they said. The capital markets are betting on it, with an insatiable appetite for good industrial assets at historically low cap rates, Luke tells us, adding that he believes we'll continue to see demand in the leasing and sales market and upward pressure on pricing. The only concern, Cameron says, is that the economic crisis in Europe and lack of clarity with the election could stall momentum. (So here's hoping the Euro Cup soccer tourney solves all that.)
