We attended the Orange County Haute Fashion Show at the Samueli Theater in Costa Mesa late last week, put on by the SoCal chapter of the International Interior Design Association. The event features a theme around which architects, designers, and students create custom outfits using typical interior design finish materials; this year the theme was the hottest colors from years past. (We were pulling for glaucous, but nobody’d ever heard of that blue-gray color.)
