Foreign Capital Goes Shopping in OC

Foreign buyers are one of the most active groups in the OC office investment market, JLL's Steve Economos tells us. With the recovery of the US economy, overseas investors are betting on a further recovery in office space demand. Recently Steve, along with colleagues Geoff DeWolf and Andy White, repped MIG Real Estate in the sale of 4350 Von Karman Ave to Shanghai-based Comac for nearly $20M. Anita Jer of Garry Jer & Associates repped the buyer. According to Steve, Comac didn't just want an OC address, it wanted a Newport Beach one.
