Our own Sean Spear, Bisnow SoCal biz manager and budding muscleman, is a member of the Costa Mesa CrossFit and recently went to the 5,200 SF facility to preview its first annual Spring Fling on June 14, which will feature both CrossFit and Fun Fitness competitions. Part of the proceeds will go to Barbells for Boobs, a nonprofit dedicated to the early detection of breast cancer, with an emphasis on women and men under the age of 40. More info here.
