Snapped at the Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach at CREW Orange County’s holiday party: Angela Kralovec, BlackRock VP and CREW-OC’s 2015 president, and Francesca Braniger, Sunwest VP and president-elect for ’15. Angela is responsible for managing multi-housing, retail, office and industrial assets in California, Chicago and Minnesota on behalf of institutional investors, including core, stabilized and renovation properties, ground-up development and JV structures. Francesca focuses on growing the portfolio of commercial real estate loans at her bank.
