Here we are last Thursday on the terrace of the 5-star Montage Hotel in the heart of Beverly Hills, conducting speed networking at our BMAC West event. It's always hard to coax people at the beginning to do something that seems so dorky, but once they start, they really get into it and complain after we stop. We had about 400 folks from around the country converge for a full-day event on multifamily, and we held every meal and networking break outside. But we get what we deservesome of us came away sunburned.
