Newport Beach-based Lyon Communities broke ground on the Marke @ South Coast Metro, a 300-unit property in Santa Ana. Its units will range from 720 SF to 1,470 SF, and the property will sport almost an acre of rooftop space that includes a long list of amenities: spa with private cabanas, outdoor sports bar, 7,600 SF clubhouse with fitness center, movie theater, billiards and card room, video game area, two bowling lanes, a demonstration kitchen, and Internet cafe. We're told there will also be things inside the building. The project is slated for completion in 2013.
