| We'd like to introduce you to a familiar face: our new DFW business manager, Joni Margotta. We found Joni at Texas Monthly Custom Publishing working her fingers to the bone (we're talkin' no time for a mani/pedi). Years of being partnered and active with the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce kept her busy developing and cultivating relationships with players in all sectors of DFW CRE. She came to us with knowledge (and connections) in office, industrial, retail, multifamily, economic development, and corporate relo sectors. She also had a successful, 10-year career in the residential RE, mortgage and newcomer/relo industries. Joni has lived all of her adult life in this area and when she isn't at Bisnow, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, and one dog (which happens to be a boy, thus balancing the estrogen in her house).
