The Grande Dame of Dallas real estate (at age 99), and one of Texas' most outstanding businesswomen, is still speaking to the public, including a recent address at the Weiss Auditorium at Methodist Hospital Dallas for the Oak Cliff Chamber. She shared her secret to success (shhh, we hear this is confidential): hard work. Other advice: don't drink, don't smoke, and don't retire.
