| Agreements between unions and construction managers are increasing for large projects in NYC, minimizing labor disruptions by controlling time worked, wages, striking rights, and other factors (like unions deciding to dress like zombies and protest Wall St?), David tells us. The agreements are common in government construction but are making their way into private projects. Municipal projects like infrastructure, education, and medical buildings are also on the upswing, helping to spur the economy.
