We stopped by the opening party for Regus' new street-level business lounge at 747 Third Ave last week, where we found manager Danette Bristol, CEO of the Americas Guillermo Rotman, Rebecca Tann, and Bryan Bevin. Regus had done a survey and found that, like us, most workers are highly mobile (translation: Starbucks cardholders and experts on public bathroom locations). What these folks need is a power outlet, security, and privacy. Thus, 747 Third Ave and Regus' 275 Seventh Ave, where offices and meeting spaces can be rented by the hour, month, or year.
