| Westchester is the latest recipient of large renewal: Progenics Pharmaceuticals inked a 10-year, 149k-SF lease at The Landmark at Eastview, 765 Old Saw Mill River Rd, Tarrytown, where it’s been HQ’ed for over a decade. CBRE's Patricia Ardigo and Bob Caruso brokered the deal on behalf of the tenant, while BioMed Realty Trust’s Bill Kane repped owner BMR-Landmark at Eastview. The 1.1M-SF property is a multi-tenanted science park comprised of research, manufacturing, and office space, and recently added a 360k-SF, three-building addition to the complex. |
