Yesterday, he stopped by AREW's holiday luncheon to discuss some of the CIty's projects. Last week, it broke ground on the $50M initial phase of critical infrastructure work at Willets Point. And this week, NYCEDC announced it's seeking a developer for a 48k SF site in Coney Island, as well as an RFP for the sale, demolition, and development of a 2,500 SF lot in Flushing.
