Program chair Sagar Dalal of Sterling American Property, with Newmark Knight Frank's Brandl Frey, Heritage Properties'Justin Nonemaker, and Lexington Realty Trust's Joe Neckles, tells us that it has "brown-bag lunch circuits" planned for members, pairing 20 to 35 developing leaders with top-level names in the industry, who will offer advice and insight into the market.
