During our Schmooze time before yesterday's Bisnow NY Construction & Development event, we snapped Coalesse Sales'Josh Michelman flanked by Conant Architects' Lance Amato and Cushman & Wakefield's Alan Levine. He says his firm sees the office becoming a social hub where people come to meet and interact, something akin to the local coffee shop.
Co-Communications' James Melnichok (right, with Israel Berger & Associates' Michael Duckfield, Phoenix Office Solutions prezAndre Belarge, and Cushman & Wakefield's Stephen Soviero) tells us he's just opened a Manhattan office for his marketing and PR firm, expanding its presence from Mt. Kisco and Hartford to the island.
