Worth noting: Simon Dushinsky’s Brooklyn-based Rabsky Group cracked the top seven with over 1M SF of development and 1,141 residential units in the pipeline, a testament to how fast a developer that was fairly unknown pre-recession can rise through the ranks after becoming a big-time buyer during the recession, The Real Deal reports.
