| Our congratulations to Marcus & Millichap CEO Harvey Green, who just announced his retirement. He joined the company in '81 and quickly rose through the ranks, opening the firm's Encino, Calif. office, becoming COO in '96, and then president and CEO in '00. In the past 14 years, he lead the company's growth from 22 offices with 424 agents to 76 with 1.2k agents. He's currently helping the firm name a successor. |
