| You're seeing more partnerships, such as Bank of America and The Durst Org., which are finishing up Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park (middle). Companies that are ahead of the curve are already working on greening their assets, but now is a great time for all landlords to take a look at their buildings, as tenants are more likely to pick sustainable space. Also, Ray advises, watch for green financing to come back stronger than ever. Once sales start again, he says we'll see if green commands a premium. |
