| Advanced Health Media inked a long-term, 123k SF corporate HQ relocation to 420 Mountain Ave. in Berkeley Heights, in one of the largest NJ leases to date this year. It's scheduled to take possession of the entire building mid-'11, and wants to bring all of its employees into one building (the new space is equidistant between its two current offices). Colliers International's Bryn Cinque and Jim Bailey repped the tenant, while Cushman & Wakefield's Bill Brown repped the landlord, Vision Equities. |
