Economic recovery? Not yet. But you wouldn’t know it from the buzz at Tuesday’s AREW reception at the timeless 21 Club, drawing 140 real estate professionals. Here’s AREW prez Rebecca Mason(Caran Properties), right, anticipating a packed house for AREW’s Feb 2 luncheon honoring Mary Ann Tighe as REBNY’s first woman chair. She’s joined by H.J Kalikow’s Dorothy Vermeer, MacKenzie Landers, recipient of a Merle Gross-Ginsburg (AREW’s founder and first prez) scholarship, Sun & Moon Marketing Communication’s Madelyne Kirch, and ACC Construction Corp’s Michele Medaglia.
JLC Environmental Consulting’s Jennifer Carey, B.R. Fries' Diane Cramer, Perfect Building Maintenance prez Larry Moshan, and J.J. Falk Design’s J.J Falk, who just completed a multi-million dollar Madison Ave menswear showroom for Ralph Lauren. Larry tells us his firm added the Seagram’s Building and 360 Lexington Avenue to its client roster since Jan 1. Jennifer is rebranding her firm, from logo to website, and Diane’s firm has launched its new FriesWay Work Smart System to improve the construction process.
