TerraCRG's Adam Hess (with colleagues Melissa DiBella and Ofer Cohen at their company party last week) tells us his team is handling 15 exclusive listings in Park Slope, Cobble Hill, and Prospect Lefferts Gardens valued together at $75M. That's in addition to the three-family building at 174 Eighth St they've just sold for $1.6M (a sign of Gowanus' increasing street cred) and the four-apartment, three-store 564 Flatbush Ave they sold for $1.7M.
